We can be flexible on other things such as schedules for the right individuals. But you make the most money by being available 40 hours per week. Calls are not back to back so there is plenty of time to watch Netflix or clean between them. As you build up regular clients your free time between calls decreases, which means after a year you can usually reduce hours. The real key is dedication.
We like ladies who understand a work/life balance. We believe that your off time is yours. But the schedule is to be dedicated to work, being on time, communicating time off needs, and keeping yourself motivated.
